I want to thank you for all of the help your company gave us with the renovations to the warehouse. In particular, Elwood, Kenny, and Steve did a great job with the construction of the new offices and bathroom, as well as the demolition of several concrete block walls. They worked quickly, were helpful with ideas and took last minute changes in stride! The quality of the construction, as well as the numerous drywall patching jobs, is great!

I just got back from three months in Florida when we discovered a leak in a pipe.  I called your shop yesterday – Ann was great – Jeff came by around 10:00AM. You’ve got a winner in Jeff! He is smart, polite, and efficient. Over the years some of the service people we have had have been pretty poor. Jeff was great and fixed the problem.

I just want you to know that we don’t know what we would have done without Danny. Not only is he a nice man, he is the best plumber! He did way beyond the call of duty. It helps to have such nice people to depend on in a mess. All of the residents were very pleased with what Danny did. I had at least 5 people tell me they were grateful for Danny’s work.

We were very pleased with the work that was done to finish our basement, which now includes a bedroom and a bathroom. We had originally discussed having R.V. Carey’s perform the plumbing work on the bathroom, who informed us that R.V. Carey’s Home Improvement could help us with the entire job.We were very impressed with the employees that worked on our job, particularly, Jimmy. He was very professional, conscientious, and hardworking. Jimmy took on the responsibility to make sure that our job was done right; whether that meant doing it himself of making sure that the right people performed the right tasks. He really looked out for us and pointed out instances where he thought we should consider doing things differently so that the final product would be better. I wanted you to know how much I appreciated your crew of workers who worked on my kitchen improvements. Elwood, Steve, Cub, Rob, Rod, John, and Jimmy all do great work! They easily accommodate all situations that come up. It was very comfortable having them in my home.

Just a short note to let you know how much I appreciate your quick response to replacing my hot water heater. I would like to commend Derrick for the wonderful job he did. He hauled out my 75 gallon tank, put in the new tank, and cleaned up everything before leaving. He did a great job.

R.V. Carey’s is a large company with small company customer service. Steve was not only courteous beyond belief, but advised me of ways to save money without being pushy. He moved me to ways of enhancing the total look that I wanted to achieve. The job was done beautifully!

The crew started working at 7 a.m. and did not leave my house until they made sure that everything was in working order and well adjusted, all trash was removed and all my questions were answered. And that was at 7:30 p.m.
